one year’s training in the various legal forms, translators are
sworn in at the Court of Frist Instance. They swear to translate
documents truthfully to contents and using the most appropriate
terminology in the language pairs they have qualified for at the
end of the training.
translators are allowed to be given translation orders
via the Court of law where they were sworn in, or they are
directly contacted by private persons or business companies.
Sworn translations are made at a rate fixed by the court of
law, being € 17,82 per page.
