Tailor-Made
TAILOR-MADE LANGUAGE TRAININGS
The inductive method streamlines all our language sessions:
We use some of the trainee’s day-to-day situations to introduce (question/answer in the target language) a new language structure. Main tools are terms familiar to trainee or easily understandable ones, taken from other languages trainee is already acquainted with.
The new structure will then be derived from this conversation. We then actively integrate this structure in a new, function-related context and additional vocabulary will be introduced by means of simple associations, pictures, objects and the like.
How do we proceed when planning a new series of sessions?
1. The trainer screens the trainee’s present knowledge level during a conversation in the target language. Reference is made to the official European language levels. The trainer will then inquire specifically about the various skills the trainee wants to develop in the target language.
2. We send you a report of this initial evaluation session, mentioning what material we deem to be most appropriate for the actual training. Case need we will also ask for supporting company documents, eventually related to trainee’s function. Furthermore we will recommend the most suitable amount of sessions, with the option for an intermediate evaluation halfway the complete training period. In any case you will be given a fully detailed report after the last session, explaining the progress made as well as the aspects which require additional attention, possibly during a limited extension of the training.
