During the periods he retreated back into nature, he got inspired more and more by the theorem of Dr.Hahnemann, founding father of homeopathy, who says:

“There is no illness, there‘s only an ill person.”

He started to observe people closely in their behaviour, their emotional conditions, and for each of them he found a matching flower of which he made mother tinctures.

According to the application domain relating to the individual’s emotional world, he has classified these 38 flower remedies into 7 groups:

Fear, uncertainty, lack of interest in present circumstances, loneliness, oversensitivity, despondency and despair and overcare for others’ welfare.

The application of a combination of Dr.Bach’s flower remedies does not aim at an illness pattern, but it aims at a whole of emotional conditions that feature the person at that moment.

Together with him/her we look for the background of what is bothering him/her, and what is his/her view to the world.

On the basis of the diagnosed states of mind a preparation will be prescribed consisting of a maximum of 7 different mother tinctures, dissolved in mineral water.

The patient takes the preparation 4 times a day and will notice that he/she is becoming fully conscious of the thought and/or emotional pattern that bothers him/her, and then he/she will be able to decide to either leave it behind or to correct it.

In that way it is a process of awakening which gives the person the opportunity to realize gradually and to do something concrete with this insight.

Bach flower remedies are practically harmless and may be combined with whatever type of therapy.
